- DAY 2: Qochapata – Qosqoccahuarina – Choquechaca.

- DAY 4: Aguas Clientes – Machupicchu – Cusco.

Day 1: Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Tastayuc – Qochapata.

To start this amazing Pumamarca trek We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning and then We will drive around 2 hours to get to Ollantaytambo villages which the point to have a breakfast. After our breakfast We will drive roughly an hour to get to Tastayuc, but during this an hour driving We will appreciate an amazing Malaga Valley and then We will meet with our support staff. Who will pack everything for the trek and load the equipment onto horses.
We will start to hike little by little up around 4 hours and there are nice views to see such as local houses, llamas, alpacas, and proper Andean landscapes and then We will enjoy our lunch. After lunch We will hike 3 hours more to get our camping site Qochapata(4200m) which is a nice place, because We will camp around the nice lagoons.

Day 2: Qochapata – Qosqoccahaurina pass – Chuquechaca.

We will wake up early with a cup of coca tea, and then We will have our breakfast.
This segment of the hike is amazing with nice views and We will walk up 1 ½ hour to get to highest point of the hike which the Qosqoccahuarina pass (4650m). After enjoy with nice photos in the highest point We will walk Little up and down roughly 2 hours to get to next pass that is Chuquechaca pass ( 4600m).From this place we will have spectacular views. After enjoy the snacks We will start to walk down around 2 hours to lunch spot.
In this place We can appreciate the proper some and potatoes farmers. So there are Highland people living there and practicing their typical Andean lifestyle, after our lunch We will walk down around 3 more hours to get to camping site that is Choquechaca (3500m).

Day 3: Choquechaca – Pumamarca Ruins – ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes.

This day will be just relaxing after the challenging days, after our breakfast We will walk down around 2 hours to get to amazing Pumamarca ruins and then We will have a story time with our Guide and time to explore the Pumamarca ruins and then We will walk 1 hour more to get to Ollantaytambo in order to take train to Aguas Calientes.

Day 04: Machupicchu – Cusco.

We will have breakfast at your hotel before we take a very early bus (5:30am) driving around 30 minutes to get to Machu Picchu to see the magnificent sunrise. Once there you will be given a 2 hour walking tour of the site.
If you have elected to climb Machu Picchu Mountain you will begin the hike at 10 AM. The ticket price for Machu Picchu Mountain is included in the price of your trek. If you are not climbing the mountain you will have free time to explore Machu Picchu before you return to Aguas Calientes by bus.
When you arrive in Aguas Calientes you will board the expedition train to Ollantaytambo. From Ollantaytambo you will travel by private van to Cusco and we will drop you off at your hotel. Arrival time in Cusco depends on the time of your train ticket.
